Telkom Incorrect Order Delivered Late???

Ordered a 1TB SIM ONLY LTE deal online. Order was delivered 9 days later, with the incorrect order. Received 20GB deal with a router....

Requested cancellation. Was asked to re-apply. I have requested that this is escalated. Nobody has contacted me.

I was also told that this is definitely human error on the sales person side... I don't know if it was a miss-click or a complete disregard for their job, however, nobody calls me back and nothing is happening to get my order...

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
