Telkom incorrect debit amount

I recently took a Sim card monthly deal via mondo mobile who is a broker of telkom. I took a Sim deal for R99 monthly which included a free Sim with the same package.

Telkom has been debiting me R198 instead of R99 for this product. The agents call and offer us one thing but our payments are different that doesn't make sense
