Telkom - Incorrect charges-IS ANYONE HOME!!!

I have 3 devices on contract with Telkom, all 3 devices have not been in use for the past year and a half, Telkom was meant to charge me R495pm but have been debiting my account for R1300-R1600pm month on devices that are not active. I have no way of contacting them. I urgently need someone to contact me in this regard as I need my money back and this is getting out of hand. I also need to remove the devices who's contracts have expired and there's no easy way of doing it, there is no one to call or no way of getting a hold of anyone. Pathetic service really.
