Telkom Incorrect Billing

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would highly recommend anyone to NEVER use Telkom.

I app**** for the lockdown special in 2020 and the deal was R399 for the first 6 months thereafter R699. They started billing me incorrectly from the first invoice which i paid just to ensure there was no issue going forward. I did call them and emailed them letting them know that they need to honor their adverti*****t to which i received reference numbers but the phone calls were useless as no one knew what to do at TELKOM. They kept passing me over to another consultant until they would hang up the call.

The bills started getting even more no where near the R399 advertised but i kept paying R399 regardless of what they were billing me.

It was a month to month deal and i cancelled the internet after 4 months.

A few months later and ever since i have been getting Debt collection companies contacting and harassing me. I send them all the info and ref numbers then i never hear from them again because they probably cant even deal with Telkom!

Today I was blacklisted!!

Due to the incompetence at Telkom and their billing dept.
