Telkom, incomptent, inefficient serve ever.

That one star is not even deserved. We have complained for almost 3 weeks that our business land line is not working. They have said they have dispatched a technician 3 weeks ago and yet he never came to the premises to check whether the phone was working or not. The phone is still not working When I called back I asked to speak to a supervisor called Zimkhitha Tatso. She gave me and escalated reference number and said it will be sorted out within 2 days. It is five days since then and it is still not fixed. When we called back on Monday the 30/07/18 they said a technician has been dispatched but no one showed up, this was Busi Banjuua. Today again they said one is despatched for today and we will see if they show up, this was Thozama from PE. It is unacceptable for a business landline to be down for so many weeks without any explanation or feedback. There is also no proper communication with customer services and the technicians. Telkom is one of the most inefficient and *********** companies I have encountered.
