Telkom Incompotent
Since my last request and review I am still struggling to get my money back from Telkom. The case keeps on getting escalated, but does not get resolved. Every time the agent says she/he is taking it to their supervisor to escalate it & still nothing happen nor is it resolved. I am now calling them twice a week and not even that irritates them enough to pay back my money and get me of their system.

15 Nov 2018, 11:48Now, after talking to another agent again, I all of a sudden owe them R57. They still have my deposit and 1 month worht of line rent that I was not supposed to pay. I have over R900 in credit with them, but I owe them money???? Deduct the R57 from my money that you still have, and earned interest on, and pay the balence out to me. Is it that difficult to understand? Pay back the money!!!!!!!!
