Telkom *********** *******!!

January 2020 I contacted Telkom do move my landline to my new shop, they sent me a router which I did not request and after numerous calls they moved the landline but never cancelled the router which they sent incorrectly!!!! Lockdown happened and nothing till date has been sorted from their side. I cancelled my accounts, in September 2020 online via the Telkom website, supposed to take 30 days, I accepted that there will be cancellation fees but to date Telkom is still deducting from my account for services I no longer use and require. Telkom is a bunch of ******* that keeps taking money for no service. I mailed the *** no service, I phone no service, I go in to the store log a dispute regarding these matters with Dispute number ***4 and still they keep *****ing my money.
