Telkom - *********** *******

If i was able to give zero stars i would! Telkom has the most *********** staff i have ever encountered in my life! I have cancelled a contract within the 7 day grace period in July yet this morning Telkom still debited over R2500 from my account! Now i am being advised this could take 7 days for it to be reversed.
