Telkom *********** staff and impossible to resolve simple query

Telkom has listed me on the credit bureau for an amount of R396 that was settled in May 2018, when I call them to get a settlement letter that this account has been settled they transfer from department to department until you get frustrated, are a bunch of *********** idiots that cannot resolve a simple issue
