Telkom *********** Service Provider

After my account has been up to date telkom mobile decides they cut my service. apparently they say due to none payment. i have sent them proof of payment earlier on this week but till to date nothing has been resolve neither my connection. i have called them numerous times for them to give me different excuses sent them proof of payment for their call centre agents just to tell you they will escalate the matter. this has made me furious and i have lot business for the past week with no connection. if you are considering telkom as your provider do not sign up with telkom as they are pathetic at customer service and all they do is ***** customers money, i am really furious at this situation as i have never defaulted on my account. they want money but they cannot deliver
