Telkom - *********** ISP, excellent *******

Most of the time we get 0.5 Mb (not MB) download speed on our 10 Mb (not MB) line. So we get 5% of what we pay for. I checked today (1 May) after my 50 GB soft cap renewal. This happens about 4 times a month for 2 days at a time. It's nothing other than theft. I phoned in 2017 September to inquire about a fibre line. They said it will be ready in "1 month". Still waiting 2018 May. Then of course the 20 minute wait to get hold of an agent who doesn't know jack half the time.
