Telkom *********** bad service

Telkom a fault has been reported by Afrihost that lines are not working in Mookgophong Naboomspruit for almost the 3rd week and nothing since has been done my phone line has been dead without a tone I cannot get any work done as it has cost me too much money on buying data while I am paying both Telkom and Afrihost for services .Afrihost have been assisting in reporting the same fault yet Telkom has done nothing to fix this issue and Telkom is running the whole area up to vaalwater with only one TECHNICIAN THAT CLEARLY IS SOME MADNESS SO WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WHOLE MONTH FOR THAT SINGLE TECHNICIAN TO GET TO ME OR WAIT MPRE THAN A MONTH CAUUSE IT'S A MOST 3 WEEKS AND I AM FALLING BEHIND WITH WORK DUE TO THE PHONE LINES NOT WORKING. I REALLY NEED A REPLY FROM TELKOM ABOUT MOOKGOPHONG NABOOMSPRUIT LIMPOPO ISSUE
