Telkom ***********

I took a mobile contract out with Telkom 4 months ago. The sales agent told me of a special deal they have with Wi-Fi router for R134.00 per month. She advised me that the we would be able to get signal as I told her I stay in Bettys Bay. Wi-Fi router did not work from day one. After many phone calls and going to a Telkom store the problem/issue has not been resolved after 4 months still paying for a device that I don't have. I have never ever experienced such bad service in my life. At the end of my tether with Telkom.
