Telkom ***********

Once again telkom has let me down before I have even started a mobile membership with them. I placed an online order three weeks ago and was told I'd take delivery within 5-7 business days. I was excited to start my journey with them but was yet again disappointed. I was told sorry items are out of stock. My first payment has come off and im still waiting 3 weeks later for my product. I got a phone call from a rep who stated my order has been processed and will be delivered on and no later than 1 August. To my disappointment I sat home all day , today is the second and still no product. I phoned in only for a rep to tell me that the order was online processed late yesterday and will be delivered within 5-7 working days which is highly unacceptable and frustrating. I asked for a manager and the excuse as usual by your highly *********** staff is oh they in a meeting and can't assist. I am utterly disgusted by the service I've received thus far and this being the second time. I am really considering cancelling my new contract with Telkom and moving back to Vodacom unless Telkom gives me a real good reason to stay. I would like a manager to contact me with regards to this matter urgently and convince me why I should stay and offer me a good solution to this massive *********** problem telkom has.
