TELKOM ***********

Just spent 2 hrs on the phone talking to PORTIA in the ACCOUNTS dept to no avail - she cannot make a decision asked to speak to her MANAGER and she cut me off. Telkom have recently changed something in their accounts system and have lost all my details which they have had and have not changed since 1994 so have not had any money taken out of my bank account by direct debit for the last 2 months to pay my Telkom account. TELKOM take the money out of my bank on the 25 th of every month - Portia says this is now my fault because I should have notified Telkom ???? I dont know about what !!!!!! so TELKOM WILL NOW CHARGE ME LATE PAYMENT INTEREST AND NOT RE INSTATE MY ACCOUNT AND SHE THREATENED ME WITH BLACKLISTING. I have the latest invoices from Telkom in front of me and there is no indication of any problems so if I hadnt phoned them who knows what would have happened - and the future - no idea !!!! So you better check your TELKOM account.
