Telkom incompetency & sloppy contractor work

Telkom's contractor replaced a faulty line in front of my house but did not rehabilitate the hole they dug up to replace the line. I am looking for the contractor company name and number who works in the Paarl area, Western Cape.

After many attempts to get the contractor company name & number via call centres & online chatting to agents, no progress! They are sending me around in circles and are super rude & ***********...terrible service. Telkom, please phone your contractor and fix your ****.
