Telkom incompetency and unable to do their job

I am getting really sick of Telkom SA .

over a year ago I was arm ****** and my wallet and cellphone taken. the next thing I know I am getting a debit order for Telkom mobile taken off my personal account, first of all I did not agree to the debit order which have sorted out with my Bank, now I have sent the required affidavit to Telkom numerous time and the numerous attorneys that Telkom uses and to be honest are all useless as they say they will sort it out which clearly they have not , now I am being threatened with a garnishing order for something I did not agree to or sign a contract . this is now being a harassment problem for Telkom as they clearly are *********** in doing there job or desperate for money.
