Telkom incompetency

Months have gone by and mum and I have been having such difficulty to get our phone from telkom delivered. They delivered the sim card cut the phone off and have never come and delivered our phone. I and mum have called them at the call centre millions of times but efforts have been invain of their incompetency as call centre agents and supervisors/managers.
