Telkom incompetency

Telkom and Courier It has *********** and ***** working for them. If they want to stay in business they really have to look seriously into keeping their customers satisfied with customers service which clearly they don't get proper training or are just arrogant in having a job and think that we as customers must just be satisfied with their **** attitude in sending sms's but not following thru with their service yet having the gall to log incorrect information on their system. Really please sort out your *********** staff and find a more reliable company to do business with. Ref: ********** 21A
