It is so sad and disappointing to go to these lengths just to get answered or to be helped by TELKOM. If this even works. I cannot get an answer from them for 3 months now. Calls are logged, cases are opened, then escalated and that's where it ends, in a deep pool of nothing. I am so frustrated being held hostage by a Service Provider without giving a Service.
