Telkom incompetence totally unacceptable

Telkom has to be the Most *********** cellular company ever. Firstly I've app**** for an upgrade on the 4/5/2021 waited 3 weeks for A52 only to be told when I queried that Telkom can't get stock so they are canceling the request. Secondly I've app**** for Adsl got approved only to be told 2 weeks later can't be done cancelled again. Such disrespect for customers is a disgrace
