TELKOM INCOMPETENCE INSTALLING LINES

Class A Trading, trading As Seven Seas is a fruit export business in Somerset West. Three months ago we app**** to Telkom to have our telephone lines moved to our new premises. We have to move tomorrow 28 August 2015 and still NO service in place. Nor can we get a clear answer from anybody in Telkom as to when they will be able to provide this service. Three months ago Telkom's rep came to see us. We received a quote and she insured us everything is in place. It went quiet and when we inquired they informed us she is on leave for 2 months. Then we contacted a gentleman in Telkom we insured us everything is on track. It went quiet and we inquired again and were informed this gentleman was transferred to Eastern Cape. We then got hold of another lady who is the operations manager Business Commercial WR. Se on her turn insured us that everything will be in place. Needless to say we now have to move tomorrow and we cannot get hold of anybody in Telkom that can even just tell us anything regarding delivering a service and implement our 3 month old application.
