Telkom incompetence even within Management

On the 20th of March, I had purchased a free me bundle for R689 which stipulates that its a 28GB data bundle, however this misleading option gave me 20GB which had even lower benefits to the previous package for R599 which is for the 20GB free me data bundle. Now this misleading information and false advertising has lead me to call the customer service line which when I spoke to Thabile who is in the technical support department, who told me that the R599 free me data bundle has been discontinued without it been communicated which frankly I think just cause of the implementation of the data decrease they have now increased their prices to deceive their customers into buying bundles which are falsely advertised,futhermore I have spoken to A "manager who goes by the name of Eugene Mkhwanzi, who had the odacity to tell me that he can not help me and that I will not be rectifying this matter even if he admitted to it being falsely advertised and when I had asked for the recording of the call as its a customers right he had said that I need a court order for that which is nonsense cause I have previously received call recordings for previous complaints with other merchants which I got resolutions from. MKHWANZI was arrogant, *********** and unworthy of his position as he does not have customer service s****s. I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS TO THE NCA AND THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT, as my rights as the customer is always right has been revoked especially when he told me that he will not be resolving or helping me. He then had the odacity to tell me that the prices advertised only increased and not the data as he states that I will not be getting my 8gb missing. The previous bundle was had 25 gb lit streaming and 20gb data for R599. Now when I purchased what states to be 28gb fot R689 gave me 20gb data and only 4 gb streaming data. I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER HIGHER THAN MKHWANZI TO CALL ME OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS FUTHER AND TO TWITTER I WILL MAKE THIS A SOCIALLY EXPOSED MATTER AND A LAWFUL MATTER.
