Telkom incompetence causes bad credit record for me

<p>I cancelled my telkom contract in July. Telkom never acted on this and always attemted to debit my account even after I cancelled the debit order because my contract was terminated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I want to do an application for new loan my credit rating is effected because after several complaint and emails they still insist that my account is behind.</p> <p> </p> <p>The most perfect thing of all is that there is no way of complaining to some one about super bad service and therefor you cannot put into record how pathetic the service was.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend Telkom to anyone as there is just no after sale service.</p>
