Telkom Incompetence

My service has been suspend because according to their records, my account is not up-to-date. There was a payment/debit order of 896.42 which went through on the 24th April 2020 and that t=doe snot reflect on your statement.

Please provide the correct amount due on payday bcs according to your SMS you will be debiting my account with 1,365.42 which is incorrect.
