TELKOM INCOMPETENCE AND NONRESPONSIVENESS

Further to the review submitted on the 31st, still there is no feedback from Telkom. I further sent e-mails to their managers/supervisors(***; ***) on the 1st and 6th April but still no feedback. Your nonresponse clearly confirms your company's incompetence to deal with client queries.
