TELKOM INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CLIENT SERVICES

Thee absolute worst service provider you can be with. There customer service is atrocious if not non-existent. Been trying to cancel my insurance after being grossly overcharged on access fees with them for more than a month with no-one responding to emails and cant at all get through to their call centre. Another month passes and its still on my bill. Got hold of their call centre agent FINALY just to be told they changed insurance providers! When and where this was communicated to their clients??? NOWHERE!. Now I am being redirected to the new insurance company because TELKOM DOES NOT DEAL WITH THIS. What do you do then besides take a persons cash, but quick to call when you dont receive YOUR PAYMENT.... Now another month for paying for something thats not supposed to be on my account!
