TELKOM INCOMPETENCE

I was told that l owe Telkom R3 768 for a service l never utilised. For the fact that it is reflecting negatively with my credit bureau, l decided to engage them. l first paid R2 000 to their collector around July 2022. When in Jan 2023 l wanted to confirm the balance, they seemed confused. They said l need to send them a proof of payment. l sent it numerous times from one consultant's request to another. They confirmed receiving my email and taking it up sp- thus far nothing has materialised. l spoke to Thembekile (24 Jan), Itumeleng (24 Jan), Thulani (25 Jan), Zanele Dliwako (26 Jan) and a 'Mokweni'. This is messing up my credit worthiness and l am willing to pay the balance just to be free.
