Telkom incompetence

So 5 weeks later...After my previous hellopeter complaint I was contacted quickly in order to solve my problem. On Fri 4/09/15 a technician was scheduled to come to our house. On this day we found out that he had the wrong address (as given by the original telkom employee who processed our order). This is astounding as we gave a land line number which should be linked to our address. Then we were told by a manager David that they will sort out the problem and the technician will return later that day or the next. On Sat 5/09/15 we were told they do not work in the rain. On Sun 6/09/15 we called the tech to ask if he is coming and he told us no it is still raining, which it was not. After some arguing he said ok he will come at two. Just before two he called to say he will come on Mo because the centrals are closed on Sun. So today 07/09/15 another day of missing work, the technician calls to say he wont be coming because we need to go in to the branch to fix a mistake not made by us . . . the address must be fixed on a new order. 1. I feel that telkom needs to fix their own mistake and 2. Why weren't we told this on Fri so we could have gone to the branch over the weekend!!!!
