Telkom incompetence

Could someone at Telkom please tell me how I can cancel my Telkom ADSL service but at the same time retaining my landline and Telkom email address. I have tried telephoning and after being redirected to various numbers I was finally informed that I can only cancel my ADSL facility using the online website. Yes, well. Could someone please tell me where, in the Telkom website I can CANCEL my ADSL service. There is no mention ANYWHERE how I can go about doing this.
