Telkom Incompetence

I was double debited by Telkom and now I have been battling to get them to refund me since the 25th of July 2023. I have spoken to a different person every day for the last 2weeks, and nothing gets done. I have sent the proof of payment multiple times and still nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous. Grossly ***********!!!!
