Telkom incompetence

I’m so annoyed with telkom right now. I ordered a mobile phone online, and the application was processed, and the prorata fee went off the next day, 2 weeks later I got an sms that they don’t have stock of the phone I ordered, and now it has been almost 4 weeks, without any communication. I can’t get ahold of them, tried sending a follow up email, the reaponse was that the email was undelivered due to system failure, tried calling them the whole of yesterday, could never get through. Right now I just need to cancel this order.
