Telkom Incompetence
I ordered a new Telkom line installation,paid the R700 deposit, was informed from various Telkom sources that the installation WILL happen on the 20th of July just to receive an SMS on Friday, the 17th, that there are no open ports at the exchange. What the hell Telkom? Now Im struggling to get my deposit money back! Why was I not informed of the fact that no ports are open??? Now I have to go to the bank, get a bank statement, forward it to Telkom, JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK!?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
