Telkom INCOMPATENCE

My mobile contract expired and I tried to cancel it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your contract. I phoned several Telkom numbers for customer service each, and I mean literally each consultant refers you back and forth to other numbers. No one has the experience or the education to assist you.

Here is my advice: NEVER sign a contract with Telkom. Not even if its the best deal on the market.
