Telkom inciting violence and threatening customers!

Telkom SA : 13 July 2020. So today I visited the Telkom store- Highveld Mall Witbank for assistance as my wifi hasnt been working at all for the past week or so. Upon arrival, there was a very long queue (probably due to their pathetic after sale service). I, eventually got to the front of the queue and waited fairly as per Covid protocols. The one lady then casually selected who to help and who not to, apparently she picked them as per their needs which was cancellations,statements, etc-my sister directly behind me also wanted to cancel her contract with this service provider was totally ignored and preference was given to those they deemed fit. When, I had entered the store 1st I enquired why my sister was not being assisted as she needed the same assistance by those waiting far behind us in that very long queue.

The lady then approached me stating she didnt like my tone and I told her to please leave me alone and do her job. I then proceeded to get assistance from one lady named "Asanda". The 1st woman who works there then approached me with a very bad attitude stating that I have an attitude. I told her that you dont raise your tone with me and she must call her manager.

Asanda and I had no issues until the manager came out to which Asanda said in Zulu "this woman is sick/disrespectful and she needs to be slapped". I then immediately confronted Asanda and she denied all the claims, to which the manager did too. In my anger I started shouting at them as they are inciting violence whilst also testing my intelligence. She then stormed out with my router in hand and called security with my device in her hand.

The manager then proceeded to assist me and did so. She also apologized and then admitted that what Asanda said was true and asked me to please accept her apology.

I am so sorry Telkom. Inciting violence and humiliating me in your store is not something I pay for.

Please share and repost until this gets to them because I will not stop until they take full responsibility for their staff and their disgraceful behavior.
