Telkom - Incapable and totally USELESS

The feedback and overall support I received from Telkom over the last 14 days as a business customer is absolutely shocking and disgusting. For now reason whatsover, Telkom decided to terminate the business phone number of my guesthouse and to re-alocate a new number to my profile. After using this number for more than 13 years I suddenly find myself now in a situation where my Exclusive Guesthouse can't receive any bookings whatsover due to a telephone number that doesn't exist anymore. After numerous callsover the last 2 weeks to various departements, e-mails send to so called "people in charge " I still didn't achieve anything. The amount of money I lost due to the total incompetancy of Telkom employees that doesn''t have a clue what they are doing is shocking and ridicilous. All my advertising material, social accounts and website information is based around this number. I do get the idea that Telkom doesn't care at all what happens with their loyal customers business. I do I hope that people start to boikot them so that they can see what happens when your business is going down the drain due to absolute lack of integrity, interest and incapability.
