Telkom in shop and online incompetence os helping customers

No use of using Telkom they are not gear up with their customer service employees. Can't do a simple cancellation on a fibre line. Even in the Telkom shop they can't supply the customers with good service. Even if you go back 2-3 times for the same issue.
