Telkom in gateway has no customer service

I went into Telkom mobile i accompanied my sister to have her contract renewed .i was asked to see the person at counter one the persons name was siya. The store was extremely busy. This consultant just laughed he had totally lost it from the smell i think he was drunk. He kept on looking at our faces and laughing .his behaviour was pathetic. Over and above that he could not help us after telling us the phone was available he then says theres no stock and theres a waiting list and to think i wanted to change to telkom mobile. I will telling my collegues about this terrible incident.
