Telkom in Dinokana(Zeerust) not fair

In Dinokana(Zeerust) we’ve been without network since last week Thursday. All Telkom can say is we sorry for the inconvenience yet we paying for month-month data. And this happened again mid month and we were told vandalism was the course. Why does it take so long to fix our problem?
