TELKOM IN BREACH OF ICACSA RULING:DATA CARRY OVER.

Telkom in Breach of ICASA Regulations of 26April2018! NOT CARRY OVER OF DATA! I have a prepaid sim with Telkom for data purposes(LTE)On 26 April 2018 ICASA ruled that service providers are not allowed to deplete customer's data anymore and data must be carried over...see https://www.icasa.org.za/news/2018/announcement-of-final-end-user-and-service-subscriber-charter-regulations On 20Jul 2018 i contacted Telkom about 7GB of data that was left on my sim that was to be depleted on 21Jul 2018 and inform them of the ICASA ruling and that data must be carried over. It was shocking that after conversations with 2 Telkom employees working on "Helpdesk" no one knew about this and said they were unable to assist. Both employees referred me to their manager "Hophney"which could be contacted via email on ********** An email was sent to him the same day with NO FEEDBACK!Pathetic! I have lost the 7GB data and was forced to reload a new data bundle! Please be warned about this and take it up with ICASA!!! All mobile networks are to adhere to this.See link in message. Trust that this could help all out there. Kindly await urgent feedback from Telkom!!!
