Telkom in breach of Customer Protection Act

With reference to previous request AI ********** , as well as requests going back to Aug 2015 for an ADSL line - Telkom is in breach of the consumer protection act - for debiting my account for a service I did not order, for not providing me an invoice for that service, for not providing me the terms and conditions of the service, for not providing me the payment details of that service.
