Telkom in breach of contract

On the 6 June 2020 I took 2 10g contract for R60 out at Telkom Waterfront.Since my bill has been R538 after numerous complaints and reference numbers nothing has been done. This month I had 3 debit orders going off R369,R908 and R238. The manager just log cases but no results this day light ******* claim its subscribtions buy no explanation. Is there any help
