Telkom in breach of contract

Upgraded my contract was told i will get certain benefits, was also part or their catalog that you get said benefits, every time i phone no one can help me, i logged a fault and saw on the app that the issue was resolved but was never phoned by any one, called again and was told my issue will be escalated to a manager still waiting for a call, requested the recording of when i signed up also waiting for that. Worst experience ever
