Telkom in Blue Route shopping mall

#Black Friday. This shop refuses to answer their phones and their a phone company! It ignores all my emails requesting assistance with my problem with my cell phone. It refuses to give me an email address and phone number of the head of the regional head office. I am just ignored . I can get the latter info from customer complaint dept either
