Telkom impunity

Telkom line went down due to cables ****** in Sundowner on 23 Nov 2017. After 1 week, the line was up and running - next day down again, same cables were ******. Several Telkom 10210 enquiries eventually referred me to Telkom outlet in Northgate. Was told that due to continued theft of cables, they will not be replaced! I had taken out Telkom VDSL R599pm package in Oct 2017 for UNLIMITED internet and telephone line. Telephone line can be replaced with a sim-card phone from Telkom, but UNLIMITED internet replacement just ignored, too bad, tough luck, take-it-or-leave-it!!!! This is breach of contract! Unable to get past 10210 enquiries to take this matter further. These packages are still being offered and advertised by Telkom , so matter reported to the Advertising Standards of SA .
