Telkom, impossible to get any customer service out of them!
Telkom, I have been waiting ages to get a response from you people on social media. What the hell is wrong with you people? Do you just not care about customer service or are you people not being paid enough to do your jobs. What a miserable and pathetic organisation you people are. And before you people post a response here with some kind of nonsense interaction number that we both know means nothing, rat not responded at all. You people really need to do something about cleaning up your act!

I pay a huge amount of money to you people every month and I'm not expecting miracles just a response when I ask a question or two or I need a service preformed. It is completely unacceptable that people like me have to beg for assistance with our administrative problems.
