Telkom impossible to contact

There is no way to contact them by e mail. All their invoices are from a "no reply" address. An SMS comes from a computerised number. On their website they list sevral numbers to phone, yet when you do, you get a message that the number no longer exists, please dial properly. absolutely hopeless
