Telkom impossible to contact

It is impossible to get hold of Telkom. The only numbers you can contact them on are their 10213 and 20210 numbers that need to be called from a telkom landline. I dont have a landline and therefore cant get hold of them. I have ordered a new line on their website and cant follow up.
