Telkom, impossible to communicate with

<p>On 16 February I posted a complaint about a problem with Telkom. One Yazied from Telkom responded and even gave me a reference number. AI ********** . Yazied requested I send an e-mail with some information to the e-mail address ********** which I did. To date, no response! Nothing. What a sad state of affairs!</p>
