Telkom - Impossible to cancel service - Is that how they keep their customers?

<p>I have called and sent several emails to Telkom, including the approriate form and letter to the designated email address.</p> <p>Despite this, and despite calling the account has still not been cancelled - yet they will still keep billing for rentals that are not used anymore.</p> <p> </p>
